We were delighted to host the AICR International Congress in 2019, welcoming hospitality professionals from all over the world to our amazing city.
For this occasion, the organising committee had prepared an innovative and exciting programme so that participants enjoyed a wonderful London experience with proper British hospitality.
The AICR family celebrated the receptionist of the year contest, innovation, friendship and our passion for the hospitality business.

The AICR International Congress took place from 23rd to 27th January in London and included educational workshops, social events, sightseeing as well as the Receptionist of the Year Competition.
Event Gallery
Attendees celebrated the contest of the best receptionist of the world, innovation, friendship and our passion for the hospitality business, as well as history and tradition of London and the United Kingdom. But most important of all, they spent time with friends and made new ones.
